SPURS SOCCER LEAGUE REGISTERATION

Try to attend all possible days of the tryouts. 
If you can’t, just talk to one of the coaches!

Ask questions and/or talk to our volunteer parents or coaches about the Spurs. Either during or after tryouts, all players will be contacted by a coach to discuss their performance and joining the Spurs. You will be given all necessary forms that need to be filled out on signing day.

You will need to bring the following items on signing day:

1. Check(s) or Credit Card for payment. Click here to make credit card payment.

2. Copy of birth certificate (unless a returning player)

You will turn in the following forms on signing day:

1. Signed and dated  Medical Release Form

2. Signed and dated Kit Order Form

3. Signed and dated Registration Form
